Jackie Hatherly-Martin is currently the VP of finance and resources at Shad Canada in Waterloo Ontario. Jackie’s objective at Shad Canada is to give the leadership team clear, data-backed information so that they can make better decisions for the organization.
Before Shad Canada, Jackie work as an Audit Manager at KPMG. Jackie spent close to seven years as an audit manager before carrying positions like controller, senior director of finance, and CFO across multiple firms. Jackie also donated her time as a volunteer director of finance & chair at Lisaard and Innisfree Hospice, a hospice for people battling cancer, for 17 years.
Jackie is a FCPA, FCA, and graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Mathematics, Honours Co-op Chartered Accounting and Statistics.

Graduated from the University of Toronto as the Class Valedictorian, Alice is a CPA, CA with a colorful background of experience.
Alice comes from an educational background in science, and has four years of experience in audit at PwC Toronto, specializing in the asset management real estate investment industry. She recently represented Canada internationally at Miss Earth 2021 and made her reality TV debut on Bachelor in Paradise Canada. Currently serving as a Military Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, Alice wants to break stereotypes and demonstrate that there are no limits to life as a CPA.
You may have seen her before around the city, as she dances on the streets of Toronto to raise donations for children's charities. She is demonstrating the impact every single one of us can make, even by doing something as simple as your hobbies in your free time. Alice hopes to inspire others to dare to dream.
Adam ZhangStudent @ Brock University | Author, "The Golden Boomerang" (2022)
Adam Zhang is currently a student at Brock University obtaining a Honours Bachelor’s of Social Science. In addition to that Adam is the founding president of Brock Chapter, a non-governmental organization that motivates students to pledge 1% of their post-graduate income to a vetted list of charities and educates about global extreme poverty and effective altruism.
Being a compassionate, dedicated, and relentless person, Adam is also the author of a book called “The Golden Boomerang”. The book is about charitable giving, effective altruism, and global empowerment.
Previously Adam was also the Co-Chair of the Goodman Consulting Competition at the Goodman Accounting Students’ Association; a student-run accounting association. Adam also has volunteer experience with the Canadian Cancer Society Relay for Life, as well as being a reading buddy at the Newmarket Public Library and being a Mandarin Teaching Assistant.
